Can't download HD - same problem as topic locked below

I'm having the same problem as other users reported on topic posted below.

The HD download link does not work, just centers the screen.

I have a Total Access account.

what the hell happen gamespot people? i cant download any videos, if u pepz are having problems just tell us, im tired of this cr@p, i pay for a full year of the primised services, better that you people of gs are planing to compensate all this to me because i dont want to use my legal contacts here

I noticed this before but I figured "It's a labor day weekend. They'll get to it when they're back." Now.....still nothing. Is it a problem or is it a new restriction so that free accounts can't bypass Windows Vista ads?
