Accounts not transferrable? But it almost was!

Okay so I have this account, but I've moved a lot of screennames and stuff to another name, and I like them to all match. I realize I can't change my username, but considering how little I've used this one, I figured I'd just make a new one to match. So I try but the name is "in use". Now, it's not a particularly insanely awesome handle: amarygma,  I just like it. It's usually available.

 So I figure.... it's probably just an account I forgot about. But, none of my passwords work with it, and none of my other email addresses can get me the password. So maybe it isn't me?

 But then after trying I go and I'm logged in as amarygma! My browser must have remembered it somewhere. Like a dink though I accidentally close the tab and can't login again. 

 However, I do have that account on Download.com, which is a sister site to this. 

Is there someone that can either port over my download.com info, or send a re-confirmation to amarygma or something? It's nothing major but it is annoying. If I hadn't been temporarily logged in I'd just assume it's another person.
