Excellent F1 Game. Even If you aren't a great F1 fan this still rocks. Easy to handle, not frustrating like other f1 ...
NOT ANY MORE .... F1 2005 WOW. Ok you have to turn off the brake assist, but with sterring assit and the driving aid of a green line on the track, F1 05 has now brought back the Glory. Now with the driving aid (Green line) you know when to brake (red line) and cruise (yellow line) around the track. This enables you to race like a pro. After time (many labs) you can remove the line if you know the track by hand. Instead of a frustrating driving game it now gives you a chance of winning. With great car handling I think Sony have got this game just right.
The AUDIO is excellent with Martin Brundle and other ITV commentators stating if you're the fastest driver and current Pit news/track info/postions and tyre wear. The GRAPHICS are second to nun! Pin sharp and very fast with no visable slow down, even with the track full of cars.
I can't recommend this driving game enough. I like F1 as a sport and now can play as Buttton and win the races!
Now its a Platinum Range Game it can be bought for £15 new in some retial shops. I haven't used it online though as its a older game now and online to mean't to be buggy. The only error is that it has 05 team selection and this can't be changed. Would have been nice as I could have changed the team names about , rather than think about another new game in the new year.
Lets hope F1 06 isn't ruined and continues the mould!
