FF15 the Sasuke edition

User Rating: 8 | Final Fantasy XV (Deluxe Edition) PS4

Right now am at chap 14 which is the final showdown at the ending of the game almost 30 hours later.

Saddly the game isn't that great as explaining why things are the way they are but you can kinda understand it especially with the 10gb patch that added some scene from Kingsglave movie.

I've saw Kindsglave and I think I'll try to find Brotherhood because there is one part that isn't clear to me.

But even then, the story is quite simple really just like in any open world game. Now that I'm the last chapter the story really does feel like Final Fantasy 6 ( or 3 on SNES ).

*** Spoiler ***

The overall story of the Empire developping technologies ( Magitek armor, Magitek Soldier etc ) to dominate other countries that uses magic is pretty much what happened in 6.

And then, the Empire king is betrayed by his Chancelor whom his the real ennemy ... just like in FF6.

And, as if it wasn't enough, just like in FF6 the world is destroyed and one of the hero went missing for 10 years ( a year in FF6 ) and once reunited fight the evil ...

*** End of the spoiler ***

As an open world game it really control you ... I mean, when you are in the car you follow the road and it is sime. What I like is if you have already when at least one time somewhere you can skip car travels for a small fee.

The graphics are superbe, the music is cool and a lot cooler once you can buy music from old FF for the car or MP3 player.

I also really enjoyed when the caracters chat betweens them.

The only thing that I didn't enjoy is many of the side missions are fetch quest ... like in too many open world games

I would give that game a 9 if it wasn't for the lack of story if you didn't watch both movies.
