Get ready for the HD remaster, FFX is an amazing addition to the Final Fantasy series!
The game starts out faced pace, immersing the player from the start, and keeping them involved, and immersed. As your progress, you learn how to use the interesting, but somewhat confusing sphere-grid leveling system. The system is decent, but any player in a rush can accidentally use the wrong sphere, transferring their character to another location... a spot which takes a long time to return from. Other than that the system is worth a look, and admiration if you are patient.
The characters are each unique. Each character has an attack style that is unique only to him, such as being a good long ranger attacker, magic cast, and even the ability to attack swift enemies. This makes party composition unique, but you are able to switch an alive character out for a new one anytime. Each character has their own personality, so while you may hate one or two, you will love the others.
The story itself is immersive, drawing you in and entertaining you from start to finish. The game itself takes about 30-40 hours to complete, which makes it worth the price. I will not dwell into the story as I do not wish to ruin it, but the story has many surprises, dramas, and action.
The game itself plays smooth, has great graphics, a great sound track, and the controls are responsive. The bosses change in difficulty and strategy frequently, and no fight is the same.
I would highly recommend this game to any gamer.
