In my opinion, 1992 is the year that will give the Final Fantasy series wings. The game that started it all is Final Fantasy V. Technically, the first one did, but it didn’t have as big as an impact then the fifth instalment of this great series. Final Fantasy V brings a magical storyline with lovable characters and intriguing villains. Travel the worlds of fantasy with Bartz, Reina, Faris and Galuf to save the world. The game play is pretty good and really gives a lot of possibilities with the magic spells, jobs and abilities. The job aspect of the game play is what makes this game innovative. The graphics are really impressive if you see them in a 1992 SNES point of view. The soundtrack is great, probably the best soundtrack in role-playing games between 1980 and 1992. This game is really worth it because you will have about 20 to 40 hours of fun, or even more. Go on, find it and keep it because it is a great game and a historical game as well, remember, it is the game that started the fantastic series that is Final Fantasy.
