Not so hot..

I love RPGs, but these are so old school, no real story. Their redeeming value comes from just being on the GBA. They're both kinda fun to play with in little portions at a time. The graphics are clean, but the gameplay is so dated, no special attacks, just your basic attack and magic. The depth of strategy just isn't present here, it's the old grind without too much to show for it. It took two years for me to play through both of these, so you can kindof get the idea that they're not exactly too compelling. If you'd like to try it now that the price has come down a bit, go for it, just don't expect anything too immersive.
