Though not the best graphics for 2004, Fight Night has beautiful visuals that are sure to win you over. Though some of the graphics are not as always true to heart, Fight Night is one of the best they get for the boxing world and gaming world combined. Pro boxers look so real and the attention to detail in the custom character design is marvelous. Boxers are reactionary to hits, parries, and blocks, as well as leaning to avoid a killer punch. The graphics are a hit inside the arena but lacking outside. With blocky audiences and no sign of commentators, once leaving the arena is the only complaint.

Sound is innovative yet far from perfect in Fight Night 2004. Commentatorship is often repetitive and boring at times with its hip hop vibe. Often off target with the punches commentatorship is shortcoming but can offer a real feel at times. The sound effects are clean and clear for each punch moan and groan in the ring. Outside the ring, boxing style music is entertaining as you flip thru the menus. The sound isn't horrible or even bad, but not that good either in FIght Night 2004.

The fight results for Fight Night 2004 are unanimous and the decision is a winning one for this heavyweight contender. Add this fantastic game to your collection and you will surely not be disappointed. So touch gloves and prepare to fight!
