Lacking AI and poor graphics. No immediate story lead in after tutorial.

I will first state that this game has potential if fixed soon. I was sort of talked into buying this game by a friend telling me the things in it, such as what can be crafted (ATVs, Motorcycles< and a bunch of others), FPS style fighting and large open areas to explore. All sounded great to me, and still does. But I,
have three issues with the game so far. One, the graphics are a bit out of date, but that can be over looked; Two, after the introduction/tutorial, theres not much more leading you into a story, at least not at my low level yet. Your first quest, depending where you go, is to craft some Black T-shirts for some gang boss you were told to talk to...No big deal, but come on, first quest a crafting quest? Shouldnt that be a side quest? Thats my opinion. Here comes what rally ruined it for me. The NPC's have no AI whatsoever. They will stand in front of you while you unload your ammo on them. They dont try to dodge or seek cover. If you take them from a distance, they run towards you in a zig-zag pattern and its the same pattern for all the NPCs (5 steps to left, then 5 steps to right, rinse and repeat). Wheres the real stradegy? I dont know, maybe I havent given it enough time, but it seems to me the first few hours it should really shine.
