What do you want to do? Add it to your list and then check it off cause it's in there, most likely. This is what I've found in many dozens of hours of playing FE. Add to this the major graphical overhaul the game has seen in the last 4 months and it's an amazing experience.
You can become anything you want to be - fighter, medic, support character, leader, heavy weapons guy. You can join any number of clans and play with other players and eventually choose a faction to align with in-game. There is PvP areas to avoid until you're ready (for God's sake don't just blunder around in them!) where some of the best loot can be found. You can craft just about everything you want to wear or wield or ride (e.g., clothes, weapons, or vehicles respectively). Or if you're not interested in any of that rubbish you can simply purchase everything from the auction house - why work when other players are willing to do the heavy lifting for a reasonable fee?
The community is awesome - you'll never feel alone. So jump in! Give the game a few hours and I'm sure you'll be hooked just like I was. Don't forget the game supports VoIP chat too and there's an iPhone app being rolled out soon so you never have to stray far from what's going on with the game world or your character.
