The game's interface is very simple and easy to use with everything you need to control your company on the one page this includes setting up your events and tv shows surfing the games internet to get the scoop on indy promotions checking out Japanese tour dates checking other promotions wrestlers and staff etc.
You can set up meetings and check whats happening inside your company eg : Unhappy workers, wrestlers conditions workers from other companys coming to the end of their contracts, with help from your own personal assistant!
The main thing that keeps this game interesting is actually booking segments on your tv shows and events, You can set up interviews, backstage angles, matches and continue feuds between workers.
Each wrestler has their own unique stats in the game that ranges from 0 to 100 these are:
Over - How well the wrestler is known ( This will effect the match rating dramticaly)
Charisma - The higher this stat the better your wrestler is in angles and interviews.
Brawl - Is your wrestler an all out bar room brawler? The higher this stat the more likely they are.
Morale - Keep an eye on this stat as a lower value means the wrestler isnt happy with how you are treating them.
Speed - The higher this stat the faster your wrestler is.
Condition - If you use your wrestler in 6 Hardcore matches in one night expect this stat to drop.
Technical - The higher this stat the better your wrestler will work in high flying, fast paced and submission matches.
Speaks - Yes or No? - If the wrestler speaks or not.
For Example a good wrestler,
CM Punk
Over - 96 Brawl - 74 Speed 79 Technical 83
Charisma - 85 Morale - 100 Condition - 99 Speaks - Yes
And a bad wrestler,
Big Daddy V
Over - 86 Brawl - 21 Speed - 10 Technical - 6
Charisma - 68 Morale - 100 Condition - 70 Speaks - No
You can also make Stables and Tag Teams and have Managers to manage workers with low charisma to help them gain some more over, There is also Non-Wrestlers who may be used in authority angles.
The game also includes a development territory where you can send wrestlers who may not be up to scratch for your promotion, all you do is send the wrestler to the development territory and their stats will improve over a month period, The game also includes a training camp where random wrestlers will be generated over a year period.
What makes this game great is all the hard work you do (clicking boxes for hours on end) is recorded in the games Event History which can be found on the main page.
I myself have done 872 Shows running the WWE Promotion of course.
To sum it up this is a great fun and easy game for any wrestling fan who loves the bussiness side of wrestling aswell as the action in the ring.
