Great game if you know what to expect

If you are someone who is looking for an incredibly challenging experience or something that is just a pure action game you are looking at the wrong game. Enslaved seems to be a game that is based on something that is lacking in the game market today, a developed story. Yes there are cliche's but there are also beautifully crafted relationships and I personally felt a connection to every single character in the game (there are really only 3). I never felt like the AI was a hinderence to my game play and I actually found trip helping me frequently. Alot of people complained about the simplicity of this game but if you play on hard mode and hold back on the upgrades it can be incredibly challenging. I would actually not recommend this though. As I said before this game is about the story and about you truly being engrossed in the experience of playing it and having to start from the last checkpoint takes you out of the experience. There are various technical issues in this game (why it is not a ten) but unless you are someone who focuses on these aspects it is truly a non-issue. I bought this game for $60 and it is probably one of my favorite games. I will probably never trade it in as long as I have a ps3
