Look, I'll keep it short.
Was really looking forward to this, but after the nice graphics and the novelty of flying spaceships about wears off (about 2 weeks if you're lucky), the whole boring fakery of the game will drive you nuts.
There's precious little to actually do - it just becomes a grind to get a better ship. For no good reason.
I'll finish this by pointing out that I've only recently discovered the developers were originally planning this as a £10 ($15) game. That fact and that fans post guides on the official forums on 'How to avoid Boredom' tells you all you need to know.
Save your cash.
