Over-rated big time.
Earthworm Jim was so highly regarded in Gamepro magazine and other outlets that I felt like I had to get this. But, like many other platformers of the time, it was just so repetitive and boring.
Possibly some of its problems were that it was on the game gear which obviously didnt have the best graffix or the best depth available to it but still...
All you did was jump up things, push 1 button to attack, and then fall down some things. The plot was so thin it was like you didnt even know why you were even attemtping to get thru levels...at least in mario u were like, you know, looking for a princess or whatever....
Chalk this game up to yet another dissapointing title on a great console that had so much potential......
