Read my review for an honest and intellegent insight into this game.
Camera angles: The camera in this game is a top down view that allows you to smoothly rotate around and allows for a little bit of tilt. The first issue with this is that you can't zoom out far enough to see the battle field. Not unlike the menu system this was something I had to learn to deal with. Once I figured out the best way to navigate it longer detracted from the game play.
The graphics: The first thing that I have to say about this is did you really buy your PSP for the graphicsÉ I never once played a game on the PSP and thought, wow these graphics are amazing!! Why is it that games like Bioshock get reviewed (9.0) on it's graphics and games like guitar hero (which also got a 9.0) don't. I tell you why, GAME PLAY. If you are spending more time enjoying the game playing experience why should graphics be a factorÉ. With all that being said, I'm enjoying the graphics in DnD tactics.
Multi-player: I can't comment on this as I would never buy a PSP game for it's multi-play. If I want to play MP games I will do it on the computer or on the Wii or on the 360. If you like using you head, if you like strategy, and if you like DnD....You will love this game!! I'm not sure I've enjoyed any other PSP games as much as this PSP game.
On the other hand, if you are looking for a quick fix or a mind numbing experience, as so many gamers are. Or if you're just not interested in DnD games then don't buy this game.
