A few glitches stopped this game from being perfect.

The good.

-huge open world environment
-Lighting effects are possibly the most impressive I've seen in a game
-combat system is fast and fuild
-no fast travel, every journey actually feels like a journey
- very impressive monster animations
- climbing feature is fun to play with, and vital against some enemy's
- adventuring off roads is Erie and nerve racking.
- pawn system is neat and hiring other players main pawns add some cool online aspects to a single player game.
- The class system( vocations ). You get to change classes and uses abilities and traits from one class to another.
- boss fights are absolutely amazing and trilling
- there isn't much hand holding at all, let's you actually think for yourself
- loot system is perfect for Ocd ppl like me who have to always look for new equipment. Then you can upgrade your gear with different components and gold.
- neat combat mechanics, aka if a enemy or you are drenched from water your latern will be put out and then you will be easier to freeze with ice atks or shocked with lightning.

The bad, ( I'm playing Xbox version btw)
-screen tearing is evident, but I eventually got used to it. Not horrible but it's there.
-some enemys are unbalanced, aka bandit leaders, the horror o the horror.
- most side quests are more like mmo quests, example kill 25 zombies etc.
-long loading screens

Replay value
High. I am already excited about replaying the game as a strider/ranger so I can play with the grab ability more (I'm a Mage/sorcerer ATM so I don't get to use the grab that often, just see my pawns do it lol)

Bottom line
The game is basically a beautiful slightly unpolished gem. It's hands down one of the best RPGs I've played. If your unsure rent it, but I am sure this game will suck you in and keep you coming back for more.
