First off I am only 2 hours in to the game. And the content as a whole is a beautiful masterpiece. From the shadows of a tree to the shadows or a tiny monster everything flows the way it should. Gameplay well its dragon quest and that is that. Music from a long time dragon quest fan it could be a little bit better. I read a few reviews that said the story is predictable and etc.( possible spoiler ahead) I will try not to spoil anything and agian only 2 hours on so it's not a big game changing spoil. At a certain point I knew something and pretty much exactly what was going to happen. Because of the great animation. The way people look at you and follow you is animated so flawlessly that you just know it's going to happen. And it doesn't help that it is dragon quest xi so chances are you have played something that has had a similar situation happen. But I dont think it's horrible to be able to predict some things out of a story. Great game so far yes it does seem a bit easy for a rpg but... there is a hard mode that you can try.
