Play the tutorial, it helps. Cool special and combos, awsome voice acting, and a pretty lame story sill worth the fights

This game is a little confusing and difficult at first I'll admit that. However if you play through the whole tutuorial the gameplay will become more clear and you'll be able to pull off some super cool graphically stunning moves. The characters powers and abilities are true to the show as well as the fact that Gohan is even stonger then his dad, and he's so tiny. The story mode is pretty lame not really much substance there, but the versus mode thats where the fun really lies. There is an array of characters to play as from the good guys to the bad guys so everyone will find someone they are good with. The gamplay is standard fighter, that being said there are moments that make you think this game is better then any standard fighter. One such example is when you complete a button combo you can actually throw your enemy into the air and take the fight to the sky's. This is very much true to the show, and the controls are solid when your fighting like this. as far as how it matches up with other Dragon Ball Z games I wouldn't know this is the only DBZ game I've ever even thought of purchasing, but believe me yhou won't regret it. Even more now that you can buy it brand new for $20, a solid addition to any fighter lovers collection.

Overall: Good graphics, true to show abilities and powers, awsome sky fighting scenes, and a bargain at $20. A must own for multiplayer lover, or fighting aficionados.
