This game was surprisingly one of the most exciting, fun anime fighting experience!

I'm not sure why the Gamespot rating is only 6.9, which is sorta below average, now I will display my own opinions. This is a really really fun game for DBZ fans and non DBZ Fans. Alot of good characters, okay graphix and sound effects, and a fair game to buy. This is a nice game to add to your collection. Comparing to your PS2 version of DBZ Budokai, the GC Version seems to load faster... and has fixed most of the graphix problems. Well its fact and opinion because The NGC is the fastest console.. You start as Goku, the main character as you play your way thru the DBZ Sagas, collect dragon balls, capsules, win tournaments, and more. With just a little more character editing and longer story, I would have no trouble rating this game even higher. Maybe gamespot is right... this is only a DBZ fanboy game... or is it? My friend who actually hates the DBZ anime, enjoyed this game like heck. It was highly addictive and was one of the few reasons he bought PS2 (before it came out for the GC) Well... recommend this game to any fighting game fans looking for some better excitement besides just swinging your sword and punching with your fists and stuff.. It couldve been better, but its still a solid, SOLID game. I recommend renting this... but for $30 (Now $10-20), you should take advantage and pick this solid game up. Overall, DBZ Budokai is an entertaining, fun game that can be fun for alot of DBZ fans.
