This game is great for dragonballz fans but not fun for everyone else

Dragonballz Budokai is very interesting. It is the first Dragonballz game for the ps2. The game is moderate concerning the graphics. What I like most about the game is that it doesn't look like the cartoon; it looks like a videogame. The worst part is trying to collect all of the dragonballs. It is very hard and annoying. In order to unlock items you must enter the shop and reinter the shop repeatedly in order to get the item desired. The fighting system is very primitive, but does an ok job. It is the first in the series so it can't be perfect. Powerups look awesome in this game; the aura of energy is very mesmerizing. One part of the game that is confusing is the transformations. Gohan has the highest transformation of ss2, but Goku is stronger because he has more transformations. It is realy annoying to play as someone who should be stronger than what he is. All in all, this game is great for Dragonballz fans, but it lacks the depth needed for non dragonballz fans. Remember this rating is from a dragonballz fan base. If I were to rate it for on fans it would be a 4.0
