This isn't just an awesome DLC, this is the best Bioware DLC for any game, ever!

If you're a fan of Leliana you already know you must play this DLC, and if you aren't already a fan you will be after you play it! She is awesome in this DLC, in which you actually play 'as' Leliana, fully voiced and more awesome than ever! In this amazing DLC, we get to enjoy playing as Leliana as she works for, and is betrayed by, her former (current at the time) girlfriend Marjolaine, and then seeks her revenge! As you know, in the game we get the choice whether Marjolaine lives or dies, but she wasn't a very big character in the main game. She plays a much bigger part here, and what happens here will no doubt influence your decision the next time through the main game, whether to fight her or spare her. While Leliana is my favorite, and I romance her most every time I play, playing this DLC makes me sort of feel like perhaps Leliana and Marjolaine might actually belong together, despite their rocky past. Of course you might also come to the opposite conclusion, that because of Marjolaine's treachery she could never deserve someone as awesome as Leliana, that's a fully reasonable point of view also! But whatever conclusion you ultimately come to, you will totally enjoy this awesome DLC, the best Bioware DLC I've ever played!
PS. The reason I gave this 9.5 and not 10, is because while the storyline is awesome, it is completely inconsistent with the story Leliana tells in the Main game of her past with Marjolaine, and not really in a way that you could say 'well, she intentionally told the story wrong for some reason', its just way too far off. I didn't notice it at the time, and you might not either, but if you play this DLC then play through the main game again and hear Leliana talk about these events, its a huge difference and disappointing. So try not to think about what the truth is 'supposed' to be while playing this DLC, and all is good :) .
