Such a simple, yet addicting game!
This is another of those games that you probably don't expect much from, but then submerge yourself in.
The objective is pretty much this. Just keep jumping up, avoiding obstacles. It sounds simple but is VERY addicting. Why? I don't know, maybe it's the compulsive need to keep increasing your score.
The graphics are what they should be, judging from the art style of this game. They look like a doodle in your math notebook. After all, this game is called Doodle Jump, right?
The controls work fine. You will use the tilt sensor of your device to play. You will also have to shoot down the various enemies. Just tap the screen to shoot. You can set the option to either shoot in a certain direction or always shoot upwards. I prefer setting it to shooting upwards, but you can choose what works the best for you.
You can send emails to friends to beat your score, or connect this game to your Facebook to beat other players scores.
There are other themes to play, but in the end the game is just the same with a different coat of paint.
Doodle Jump is a pretty fun game! The graphics are nice, the controls work, and it's just overall fun! The only downsides were the other modes weren't different from the original mode.
This game gets an 8.5 with the title of Great!
