Another port of an Arcade Classic on yet another console.

Why i'm review yet another port of this game is beyond me. but hey, i'm gonna do it anyway!!!

Being as how its been on pretty much every console from the arcade to the xbox i'm review it again. but this time on the nintendo wii. For those of you who have played this game it's pretty much just how you remember it...Very taxing and pretty darn hard just like it was in the acrade and many consoles it's been on. but this time around you get three games on one disk...Dragons Lair Dragons lair 2: Time warp and Space ace. this time on the wii though the game pretty much give you two controller options to play it. with the standard wii controller or a classic controller (I.E. Gamecube controller)

I don't need to point out how the game is played because you pretty much already know how to avoid dying. since you have to press the corresponding button or certain direction on the controller in a certain amount of time to progress forward. The game does come with a new mode called "Watch mode" where you i guess you can watch the action take place without actually having to control the game. (though i haven't checked out this mode yet).

In any case, if you've played this game in either the arcades or any of the countless ports on various consoles then i probably don't see a point of buying this title for the Wii unless you want to replay and attempt to beat all three games. The game is kind of a bargain at $30

Pros: it's just as how you remember it in the arcades. Remastered animation. All new character moves for beginner. both wide and standard screen mode

Cons: if you've played any of the games on many of the consoles its been on (including the xbox and sega CD) there's nothing new here except watch mode where you can watch any of the games without actually playing.
