Bugged like hell, they must have hired the worst programmers ever. Hasn't even passed BETA stage, in my opinion.

Alright,
Let's start with the simple things - after initial startup of the game, everything lagged like I had never seen before, even though my PC can handle such optimized games as crysis, unleashed 2, COD:black ops, dead rising 2, fallout:new vegas, dragon age and others, running almost at maximum settings.
So I did a full restart, thinking, there must be something wrong with my computer, and voila, didn't experience any lag at all. After more hours of gameplay I noticed that every 2nd (not exaggerating) start-up of this game goes into the ''lag mode'', so you are forced to restart the game to get rid of it. No idea why is that. Video settings do not factor in this thing.
Next technical thing I experienced - whenever I got rid of lag, there was still a high possibility, that your PC will freeze on a loading screen, or whenever you try to switch between 'windows live login' and some option menu. Or just randomly experience camera-screw-ups when your camera sensitivity becomes like 999 and you go into first person mode.
About the game play - it is quite fun, when ever you get past those technical issues. Even though, they haven't invented anything new at all.
This game is a copy-cat of the following games:
Mass Effect 2 (graphical design of maps and characters are copied from this game)
StarWars: Force Unleashed 1;2 (Combo system is copied from this game, and that is not the best thing they could have done, because it is seriously annoying to go into the 'combo menu' and remember the infinitive list of those stupid button combinations.
Assassins Creed (they tried to implement some sort of free-run system that is marvelously done in assassins creed, but a crappy copy-cat in tron)
Mirror's Edge: I couldn't help but notice, that this whole game is a big copy-cat of mirrors edge - look at the gameplay - absolutely the same. In mirrors edge, the roof-running system is done quite well, even though, 3rd person view would bring more satisfaction.

Summary: Tron Evolution is a failed compilation of: mirrors edge; mass effect; assassins creed and force unleashed.
A copy cat. Nothing more. Pathetic attempt at a game.
