Typical licenced game

So, I got this game thinking that it would be fun for me and the kids to play. They love the movies, and I enjoy them as well. So, we got the game used for like 10 bucks, so it was worth it...
I cant really say that the game is good for kids, the first mission, which you would think is the easiest, is locating stupid post cards that are flung throughout Radiator Springs. The odd thing is, they are on top of hard to reach mesas, atop buildings that take a considerable amount of time to figure out how to get on to, and in other hidden and obscure places. The difficulty of this first mission makes the game unplayable by anyone that is not a serious gamer, and the content of the game is not directed at a serious gamer. The game tries to be something that it is not. The game wants to be a serious first person racer/adventure game, but is a kids-themed game.
The game is somewhat fun, but very tedious, and the races are not hard at all.
Overall, the game is OK, and exactly what I expect from a typical licenced game.
