Quick and easy gameplay, nice graphics, but lacks the rpg effect.

Dirge of Cerberus is a game based sequal after the events which occured in Advent Children (DVD, UMD or Blu Ray avaliable movie) as you play as the main character Vincent Valentine (most famous secret character in Final Fantasy VII).

Gameplay, is not exactly rpg'ish. It is a first person shooter although with the remaining aspect of levelling up. The difference is changing and/or upgrading guns, and the transformation into a wild monster with the effect of super strength powers. Gameplay is easy to adapt to, and it can be very addictive for some.

Story, Not too bad. That's all I can say. You meet new characters, make new friends and see friends from the old FFVII game as you are introduced to new villains.

FMV graphics, are bloody amazing just like watching advent children in another form :D.


In conclusion this game was worth it in my opinion, but to others it may disappoint. I found this to be a fun and different FFVII game.
