Failure to launch
"Thank you kindly for submitting the tracert. I've added your tracert to our report we have open with AT&T. Unfortunately for the time being, that hop is shutting down all Battle.net connections for all customers across the nation. There is no work around on this one as it is going to require some legwork from AT&T. We're doing all that we can to continue to present these situations to them, but ultimately this will come down to when that problem can be addressed by their engineers."
IOW, they're blaming the failed launch on AT&T, and yes. DIABLO 3'S LAUNCH WAS A FAILURE. Before you get all huffy about me never playing the game, this is EXACTLY the way GameSpot used to review games: Only what came out of the box, sans patches.
This emerging corporate paradigm that gamers must always be connected online to play their games is a failure.
