Demon Souls is one the greatest RPG, and yet it's hard, it won't stop you from playing this brutal game.
Great replay value after you finish the game, online is awesome, so challeging it will keep you playing for long time, fantastic gameplay, world, story is good, voices are good, bosses are epic.

Very difficult so it's recommended for good players, some glitches
I bought this game because I was really curious on how this game plays out after I heard the new game that is a spiritual successor called, Dark Souls. Heard is more brutal than this game. Demon Souls is also a spiritual successor to the game that not many people heard of and it's King's Field. So I dive in to try this out, and it's amazing.
Story:
I kinda forgot, so I will kinda give you a little story. This takes in the kingdom of Boletaria. Problems were going on with monsters and souls. They need a brave warrior that will slay the monster, and it's up to them to restore. Now I really forgot the story, so don't kick me or whatever it is, so yeah.
Gameplay:
This is where it will start off. To begin, you will get to customize your look of your character and you will choose one of the 10 classes: Soldier, Knight, Hunter, Priest, Magician, Wanderer, Barbarian, Thief, Temple Knight, and Royalty. You will choose one of them, and it will depend on how good you are with the class that you pick. After you made one, you will start off with a tutorial. The game introduces health, magic and stamina. The most important factor is stamina cause you can't slay all the time, so be careful. You will die at the end and send you to Nexus, where alive souls are there, you can stay, getting ready before you enter the world.
This is difficult, because if you die, your stuff will be there, but you'll be in Soul form, limited, and you will lose Souls, yep Souls are important in gameplay in order to buy weapons, stuffs, magics, upgrade and most importantly, level up your class. Not only you will be in Soul form after you die, you will also lose the Souls and you need it pick it up, and if you die then 2nd time without picking it up, the spot where you die will be gone, so better think about it. Weapons, clothes and accessories will affect your character depending on what class you use and skills that is required to use.
There are 5 worlds, one last world. Each of the world will have a different element and enemies, so you gotta strategize and think about it before doing it.
Game also has World Tendency, which is like Good, Neutral and Bad, but it really affects the game. It really depends whether you are good, neutral or bad because it will change the gameplay, how well you are. This game is also online, so anytime you are on PSN, it will be online. In online, you get to choose what to do with others, you can HELP, or INVADE and murder for rewards. This will also affect the World Tendency.
Enemies and Bosses will also be there waiting to kick your butt. There are strongest and weakness, but when you get to the boss, you gotta be prepared as it will be brutal and challenging.
You also need to manage weapons, armors, stuffs and accessories from your backpack, cause if your overweight, your character will make it hard to move and stamina will decrease, so remember what you need to pack and what it needs to be left out
Graphics:
Pretty good. The world is big and amazing. Character model are weird, but it's not that big of a deal.
Sounds:
Voices are kinda weird, not bad. Musics are awesome.
Overall:
It's a graceful and challenging game that it's only recommended for hardcore gamers and for RPG lovers. It is worth playing it and risking deaths.
