Action game the PSP was looking for

first off, Im a Huge fan of the original D2R for the Xbox and share a Huge Hatred for D2R2 ... for Xbox with many other people who got it. So Ive been looking forward to this game for a while and when I caught the review my heart was crushed, but because i had been waiting so long i got anyway with low expectations. this game brought me right back to the original. Im so pleased with this game that Ive hardly been able to put it down since i bought it. flaws-- this game, while great, has many flaws. it has minor graphical glitches which are MINOR, it doesnt have speech it uses subtitles to get the word out, it lacks diversity from so much gun-dog-gun-dog-jump-gun-diarm-gun-gun, and it's fairly short. Graphicly this is a work of art. Ive never seen a game look so good on a portable system. It has stunning backgrounds and plenty of detail on the map. The characters lack this detail , however. and every now and then a glitch will come up but this is nothing to worry about, it, in no way. effects the gameplay. The Sound is Pretty standard, nothing really stands out in this department. the other review opened my eyes to notice the difference between silenced and un-silenced weapons. all the weapons sound like they should, or how you would want them to sound. but it does lack voice acting which is a bummer. This game plays FUN. you know, a three letter word, starts with "F". it brings you right back to the original which is one of my all-time favorite games. it is very simple, you kill everyone and i mean everyone, need you shoot them, sick your dog on them, or even kill them with their own gun, they need to die and I LOVE IT. I love how simple this game is. it makes it much more fun than a complicated game that will get confusing. Throughout the game you get better at your shooting and diving and ...dog-ing. i still havnt tried the multiplayer, though Im looking forward to it. This game is short on the easy and normal dificulty. so far Ive played Normal and it took me about 5 hours to finish, maybe more but after finishing you unlock the supercop dificulty that is much more challenging and takes much longer. i havent finished quite yet. and then there are the unlockables and cheats and multiplayer that add to the value...but even then its still not extreemly long. In short this is the Action Game the PSP has needed to help it stand out from all of the racing and sports games and it looks and feels somuch like the original...only better graphics. pick it up if you get the chance because you will like it!
