A lot better then the first one.
I think EA realized how crap the port of the original game was, and actually made the controls better.
This game is VERY big. It is about 10GB or 13GB so beware if you don't have much room on your PC.
Also beware if you don't have patience for the installation because for me it took about 1 or 2 hours
Anyway, this game is a lot less repeptitive, and more scary.
The graphics are incredible, so sadly, I had to stick with low settings.
You get to hear Issac's voice
You get to see his face a lot more
It's really more gory and gruesome And I actually enjoyed it. Buy this game. It is a lot better then the first one to be honest, and the multiplayer (new feature) is pretty nice too.
Reminds me of Left 4 Dead
4 survivors and kill all the monsters that come at you. You know
I recommend this game. If your computer can take it.

I thought the first one was big, which the first one was only 7GB
Compare it to this, this is a monster of a game.
I say, buy this game. Start with this one, ignore the first one.
