Dead Nation for the Sony Playstation 3 is about two survivors trying to escape the virus outbreak, which somehow is immune to the virus as they appear to feel normal. During the story as the main characters narrates the experiences against the zombies and other special zombies. The gameplay in Dead Nation is like Contra's bird-eye's view with a few buttons for throwing a item that will distract the normal zombies like a flare, grenades, dynamite, Molotov and plant mines to kill off a wave of zombies, also the use of dual joysticks to move and aim. Dead Nation's graphics are pretty decent, like when you blowing up a car or throwing a flare and Molotov's fire and the character model's look pretty good. The sound in Dead Nation is very entertain as waves of zombies attacking you in a dangerous situation and voice actor sound good for the cutscene's dialog. Overall, Dead Nation is only on the Sony Playstation 3 is a decent bird-eye's view video game as you journey on and shooting and upgrading your weapon, also finding armor for your strength, endurance and agility gives this game a good value.
Gameplay: 7- Like Contra's bird-eye view and more control buttons for variety setup for dash, throw and changing items and weapon.
Graphics: 9- Nice special effects and cutscene dialog pictures.
Sound: 8- Great music fits right in the situation as you defend yourself with a pack of zombies coming at you.
Value: 8- Dead Nation is a great game for those who like horror video game that can enjoy a little fun playing with a partner, locally or online.
