De Blob is a very imaginative platformer, which makes it easily one of the Wii's most underrated games.

User Rating: 8.5 | de Blob WII
Story:
The story is actually fairly cool. The Blob homeworld was once an extremely colorful planet until the INKT took all the color and captured most of the blobs. The story is pretty good and we see most of the story through really pretty cutscenes.

Gameplay:
The gameplay is incredibly fun. You must mix and match the Red, Green, and Blue into different colors. Some enemies or buildings can only be destroyed with certain colors. The game offers plenty incentive to be creative. There are challenges that once complete, give you more time since the stages are timed. The game is addicting all the way to the end. The only thing is that the story will only last probably 10 hours.

Graphics:
The in-game cutscenes are incredible. The game is colorful and looks very nice. When you collect a certain item, the buildings can turn into a different pattern of paint (like camouflage pattern). The game is very pretty.

Sound:
Probably the best part of the game. There are a bunch of different jazzy songs to choose from. These song themes you pick are only base songs because as you paint the buildings, there is more music. It is very awesome that the music slightly changes depending on what color your painting with.

Overall:
This 3rd party effort is incredibly fun and very original. The game is currently $20. I beg you to buy it. It is fun for any age.
