So,i am a big HOI 2 fan so i decided to buy this game, and i first tried to play czechoslovakia starting in 33,and i tried my best to defend from the germans, hehe, well i did better than czechoslovakia did historically,i defended for like 2 months due to level 6 and 7 fortifications. But lets move on to the review itself. The strategic gameplay is amazing, very balanced and pretty much historically accurate, but you can still change history in this game! And not only that, but you also get HOI 2+ plus expansions if you dont want to play the mod istelf. But there is one very big flaw in this game. The 1914 scenario which they added is majorly unfinished, sometimes world war I doesnt even start sometimes theres only 2 nations fighting, but the rest of the game 1933-1964 is very well polished. So i deffinetlly reccomend this game mainly because you get so much and it isint very expensive either. It improves on hearts of iron 2 by removing the drafted/standing army which made no sense and adding demobilization/mobilization slider. So basically if you like hearts of iron 2 youl absolutely love this one, because it improves the gameplay. GOOD THINGS IMPROVEMENTS ON HEARTS OF IRON 2 DEEP STRATEGIC STUFF LOTS OF REPLAYABILITY VERY ADDICTIVE
BAD THINGS UNFINISHED WW1 SCENARIO
