I picked up the game hoping for the old school DDR and praying the playstation Move addition doesnt ruin the game. Wow Move added a new element to the game that adds more depth and difficulty. I've played the game for close to 3 hours now and playing with playstation Move is still hard :D

Ok to the breakdown...

The Dance mat is your old school mat that you always got with your DDR games but for me it would seem that a little small for me but the last time i played DDR was 5 years ago lol. To answer the question a lot of people ask about this new mat, no it isnt bluetooth :(
One awesome thing about this, is the sticky bottom it has. Perfect for hardwood flooring like in my room.

The game is itself is exactly like the old DDR games except the song list is more modern music like Lady Gaga, Sean Paul, and other current artists. When you pop the game in, theres only one song that is over 130bpm lol. There are many songs to unlock via club mode but it takes time.


So far there are no DLC which is a downside since you can play all the songs within 1 week max but if you like the game, you wouldnt mind it as much.

You wanted a DDR game for ps3? Buy it, its fun but the lack of bluetooth mat for some people can be a downside.
