A great way to play games and get some excercise at the same time.

Amazing that not even Nintendo saw this game being so popular.
This is a great intro to the DDR universe, although it is easier than other versions, it's just fine for me.
What makes this so much fun is you get to dance to Mario Tunes! What could be better than that? This has song from classic Donkey Kong to the Wario World theme. Although it would have been better if there were more songs, this game is still worth the $50.
What makes this different from other DDR versions for the PS2 and Xbox is the random Mario quirks. You can play as Mario or Luigi (if you look at my icon you can probaby guess I usually pick Luigi) and there are lots of Mario-themed mini-games as well as a "mush mode", where instead of stepping on arrows you will occasionly step on goombas or koopas, of bomb-bombs, and other stuff.
It's a shame you can't really appreciate the graphics because you're too busy watching those arrows zip by. Everyone does cool flips and other stuff. There is a story mode, too. I haven't played any other DDR game so I don't know if that's a first for the series or not.
The multiplayer is awesome if you can afford another mat.
All in all, this is a great game if you can afford the 50 bucks. Play it till the mat breaks, then buy another mat and start all over again!
