Good, but only proffesionals will appreciate it.

User Rating: 5.8 | Dance Dance Revolution Extreme 2 PS2
Dance Dance Revolution Extreme 2 is absolutely no different from any of the other games. Let's state that up front. If it applied to DDRMAX, it applies here. The good news here is that Konami finally decided to go back to the old selection wheel, which is an improvement from Extreme, because you can see more songs in advance. The songlist though, is what really makes this game excel. If you have been a fan of the series for a long time, you will love all the songs they finally decided to include. If you're new to the series though, pack your bags. There is absolutely nothing that will appeal to you in this game. The graphics are as good as they should be, although the characters are incredibly blocky, like something from Quake 1. In Konami's defense, they probably didn't want to risk slowing down the game. I am usually biased towards music games, but this one is getting stale. Overall, this game is great for longtime professionals, but even they will tire quickly of this game's old gameplay.
