This is a fun and action packed game, its amazing-ness is equivalent to the number of robo customizations it has
It has a gripping and realistic storyline about an unamed boy who moves, goes to school and gets hooked into robo battling, then the games playful atmosphere morphs into an epic war between a criminal syndicate that has infiltrated several corperations. This transition between small town boy, to hero was cliche-less and smooth. It wasnt like i recieved a note instructing me to go to some random place(then the note self destructs) and some form of intellegince hits me with a load of crap and how i didnt know what was REALLY going on. it was done delicatley and it didnt look stupid, which it easily could have
aside from the storyline the battles are fun, it never gets boring or tedious and its in real time. you begin to feel really proud about your creation. I love the fact that you gradually gain access to various guns,bombs, pods, feet, and bodies. and they have infinite ammo.
After you beat the game, which will take you a long time, you can still keep yourself busy with a set of challenges the game proposes, there are also bonus quests, tournaments, and several other things to keep you busy
the game has some few issues however
onbe of largest problems is that the game is very easy, i lost only one battle in the entire game, and youre supposed to lose that battle.
aside from its lack of difficulty, the game isnt balanced, some weapons are absolutley ridiculous and you will never use them, other weapons are simply amazing and you will ALWAYS use them, especially the illegal weapons.
overall the game is fun, you really wont be unpleased with it unless you like ridiculously hard games, if you want something lite and fun to play this is the game your looking for, and it wont be a game like the kirby series where its so addictive and short you will end up beating it in a day
