Story (7/10)
Neo Cortex and Ripto have teamed up to destroy Crash Bandicoot. Ripto's minions have been cloned to look like Spyro and have been set loose in Aku Aku's jungle.
Gameplay (9/10)
If you've played a Crash Bandicoot game, the gameplay hasn't changed. Crash has the ability to spin and jump, and using either or both of these, destroys boxes and enemies alike.
An new feature is a series of minigames throughout each level. Completing these minigames nets you a crystal or a gem, which are needed to power up the portal to the next world. As an example, one of the minigames involves controlling a helicopter to shoot down enemies while avoiding them on the ground with Crash.
