I've been picky on buying games for my Wii, after watching some videos and reviews I bought this game. I think its alot of fun, very addicting, and if you have family its good for everyone to play. Some of the controls are a little glitchy but for the most part its pretty accurate. Most of the recipes are pretty in depth with what you have to do, and add, to the different dishes. Anyway, just thought I would share since no one else posted in this forum. Bottom Line - This game is fun.
The english translations are strange, but add to the entertainment of the game. I never played the original Cooking Mama but I had to knowledge on how to play, there is no tutorial to learn the cooking directions. Mama just throws you right in demands satisfaction. She offers help sometimes if you mess up which could be amusing also. But after attempting various recipes you pretty much can get the moves down and earn high scores on your dishes. So anyway, for quick, easy fun, grab this game.
