Worth a rental before you buy

Of course everyone is just waiting to see the movie, but how is the game? well i had a taste of it and tried it out, There was some good points to this game and some parts that players will not like.. Here are my reviews Gameplay: The gameplay is third person, very nicely done feels like playing punisher in a way or max payne. You are John, with the ability of true sight which changes your screen blue to see demons from within other characters oooo. The controls to the game however was kinda really upsetting. It is decent but still has a sloppy feeling to it however i did overcome this problem and continued with the game. The coolest part about this is definently the ability to see true sights and also when you step into portal like places like water, you hit certain button combination and yell out some really intriguing spells. Also the weapons are pretty different though you are really shooting bullets and weapons of enchantment. Graphics: Though the physics of the game isn't even present, The graphics arent super but fair, The most enjoyable are the fmvs at certain points. Though the environments do look pretty good especially where trucks started flying and balls of fire rain from the air and broken lands and well, you get the picture. Don't forget demons turn to ash when you shoot em. Sound: Sounds are not too shabby, Fire sounds like fire and guns sounds like guns. Demons sounds like demons. The music is definently very unique in a way, gotta love those latin voices going off and at times eerie music going off. Value: Its a linear plotted game, nuff said =( Reviewer last comment: Though the game is good for cruising through and just to kill some times, its definently worth a rental if you are really bored and need something to play and see if you enjoy this game, the problem is that with the sluggish style movement of the character, alot of players will definently find this game a turn off because of that but look past it and its an enjoyable little flick for a bit. So rent!
