Realistic modern day combat shooter but is it worth buying?
Close Combat has no true storyline, your just a marine that leads a squad in Beirut in the 90s and that's all there is. The controls aren't that nice to use and your team aren't all that good at doing their job but the Lebanese fighters seem to be more intelligent tthat your whole squad!
You can have one of two weapons as well the M16 with grenade launcher or an AK47, I know it's realistic but for a transition to a game there needs to be a bit more variety.
It was orginally designed to teach Marines how to use battlefield maneuvers such as room clearance, moving up stair wells properly and what to do in a battle scenario in a safe environment.
Cloase Combat is quite an awful game.
