Is it worth $10? Yes, it actually seems to be a better buy than most Live Arcade games, if you like puzzle adventures.

Cloning Clyde is an puzzle based 2D side scrolling affair that has good looking cartoon-like graphics, several levels of intuitive fun, and some interesting mechanics that will not disappoint a player looking for an easy, straightforward entertaining game that's cheaper than a full fledged next-generation game, but still provides just as much fun as some of the new games. I really enjoyed playing this game, which includes some interesting puzzles that depend on the different animals that Clyde can mutate into. Only one level provides numerous mutation choices, so most levels are quite easy, giving you the animal you need fairly early on. Even the level with more than one choice isn't too difficult to figure out. My only issue with Cloning Clyde is that the multiplayer seems to be nonexistent. I never found anyone to play with online! I'd like to see how it would work out.
All in all, it's a great weekend title that only costs $10 and because this genre seems to be waning, this is a good run for your money. Enjoy!
