A hidden gem that's overlooked by the superficial and unintelligent youth of today.

Remember a time when permadeath and mega-aging were prevalent in the world of Wizardy and other dungeon crawlers? Remember the absolute agony that plagued your party as you tried oh-so hard to level grind? Welcome back.
Class of Heroes is an excellent game with more than enough quirks and moe content to swing a battleaxe at. Start off at Particus Academy, a place of higher learnging, prestige, and honor. You just enrolled and guess what? You gotta sit down and read a bunch of text explaining how the game works. Mind you, this is acceptable if you never bothered to read the manual or are one those people who actually bought it on the psn. Then finally you get a pass to a couple of places called labirynths! Despite what the pre-adventure dialog states, you're going to be heading into places full of monster mobs, loot galore, and plenty of traps to frustrate you more than you can possibly bare, and that's just normal mode or should I say easy? Next, the game has an incredibly vast alchemy system, there are literally hundreds of choices of armor, weapons, items, maps, etc. for you to experiment with. Trust me, the alchemy system is so immersive that you'd be spending hours in the labirynths just to find that Mystery Scale that's to be used in making your arsenal of choice. Oh, did I forget to mention classes? Or should I call them Majors? These little things allow your character to get an edge in battle, alchemy, or magic. There are also alignments, like the good/neutral/evil sort of deal, they affect the amount of items your characters can equip, Majors they can partake, and skills they can do. I almost forgot, 12 RACES, each with their own special design and abilities, like the Drake's incredible fighting skills, or the Diablon's firey breath, or even the Celestian's ability to levitate!

Now the cons:
1. The game has a minimal story, but dungeon crawlers were never meant to need them, ever.
2.Your party's portraits, that's it. They don't appear in the game at all except for status. They don't speak or have any kind of personality, besides affinity.
3.The game will be infinitely hard to those that are impatient or are too young.
4.OMG TEH GRAPHICS SUXX0RZ D00d. Shut up, you are just another 12 yr.
old who can't determine a game quality without it being based on appearance.
Face it, you could never play any early FF games if it weren't for the DS graphical(and storyline)remakes.
5.Text, oh so much text, infinite text....
6.Control, the X button will wear out eventually, and the gameplay does get repetitive.
7. Absolutely no redistribution of stats of anykind beyond that of Satori. So if you make a warrior drake and turn it into a mage, sorry.. you made a horrible waste of BP.
