Konami's still got it.

User Rating: 9.5 | Castlevania: Akatsuki no Minuet GBA
In a world where it seems like everybody is screaming 3D, Konami keeps traditional buy providing more 2D action, and keeps it completely satisfying. In Aria of Sorrow, you take control of Soma Cruz, a seemingly normal kid. Your at a shrine with your gal-pal, waiting for the eclipse, and when it comes, you awaken in Dracula's castle. Pretty normal eclipse celebration. The game is both simple and complex at the same time, having you equip better armaments as you go. And, as a cool new? feature, when you kill an enemy, you have the chance of absorbing their soul. These souls are used as your magic. Along the way, you'll meet a unique cast of characters, plenty of different enemies, and a wide array of weapons and armor. Anybody who enjoys Castlevania, or is just looking for a good game worth the money, will definitly find this game worthy of your time and attention. It has a great story that may not last long enough for some, but has a pick up and play appeal, so you won't be entirely confused when you load your previous game.
