I know what your thinking. "Oh man a 10 out of 10 he is going to totally do this review fanboy style." Dont worry ill control myself. Lets hit the graphics first. Amazing backgrounds and effects and good looking sprities make this a treat on the gba like the other two cv gba titles, but the graphics arent as dark as in Circle of the moon so you wont have to lose your eyesight trying to see the detail. Music is typical awesome castlevania music. the gameplay gimmick here is Soma can absorb the souls of enemies and gain one of their skills, which a kind of megaman element to the game. however except for bosses you wont get a soul every time you kill an enemy, meaning you will have to kill some enemies A LOT unless you have a gba link cable and a friend who owns the game and the soul your looking for. But when you get the ability, for the most part it will have been worth it. It is really hard to find fault with this game that isnt buried under all the goodness here the only one being having to kill the same monster a million times can obivously get repetitive, but then again you have hunderds of weapons and spells so you can mix it up, so i guess its not really a fault. so i suppose i should make one up. here goes, the game doesnt go out and buy you donuts, see nothings perfect
