Good idea. Too many bugs. Terrible support.

Considering the fact that this is a free on-line game that caters to kids from 5-10 (& at heart). There's just too many random bugs that can frustrate even the most A.D.D. kid playing this game. Mission givers disappearing. Mission arrow (guide) out of target. Lag. Inability to select servers where you can connect with rl friends. Worse of all TERRIBLE TECH SUPPORT. I had a bug with my inventory space where there were only 3 slots out of 50 that were available. Sent a ticket. Waited 4 days before I got a reply asking for more details. Provided details. Waited another 8 days & sent another request for a response from tech support. 7 days later got a response that they're still trying to resolve the issue. Created a new character. more than 20 days later... still nothing. If there's one thing I can credit for this game, it'll teach you patience. Provided that you haven't bashed your computer into bazillion pieces.
