Bound in Blood earns a decent score. Still it needs a bit more polishing from technical perspective.

Not bad at all!

Gameplay

Slow motion, rappelling, some weak guns at the beginning of the game (except shotgun).

Story

Three brothers, one of them is priest (who tells this whole story), and other two are pretty randm guys, their personalities are boring and you dont care whats going to happen with them. To be honest I used skip option in the middle of videos until beautyful woman character entered the game, who spiced up the games story a bit, she messed with guys and when game progresses it shows what she really wants. Plus add to that the thing with a notorious medallion, which everyone seems to want to possess. But other than that story is pretty easily forgettable. You shoot indians, your colonel (Barnsby) men, meet gun dealer. Its very linear game you always go from point A to B and kill bad guys on the way. And at the end of this whole shooting you get a chance to do one to one (who throws pistol quicker). And when you have done this up to 6 times it becomes repetitive. Environment could have been more different from eachother. Yeah theres corn field then towns, mountains shootouts.

Graphics
Visuals are good, animation is pretty decent. For example if you played cod4 modern warfare smoothly (yeah that 2007 game), then you can count on little bit less requirments from Bound in Blood.

Cons:

It is not well polished. Checkpoint loadings hiccups takes away joy, yes they are only second long but still (i have heard for someone its even 10 sec, maybe cos of weaker pc). Lots of screen tearing especially in cutscenes, in games own menu V- sync is nowhere to be seen, ofcourse you can always force it from your graphics provider control menu!

Sound

Dull voice acting.

Summary:

The game never surprises. It leaves a feeling that this whole thing gets some awesome culmination, but sadly it never happens!
