After reaching 10th Prestige and finishing the game twice i can write a honest review.
Campaign Pros-
I thought it rapped up the story well.
There was a lot of fun missions.
The game play was smooth and I did not noticed any glitches during game play.
It was a fun campaign in my opinion, not the worst story at there.
Campaign Cons-
It was kinda short.
Some missions where kinda boring.
Nothing else really to complain about.
Multiplayer Pros-
Most maps are well designed and keeps the action moving fast.
Most weapons are balanced well (not all)
Its easier to counter assault killstreaks.
The Assault, Support, and Specialist are a great new Idea.
Some new killstreaks are great like, AH-6 over watch, Reaper, and assault drone.
Lots of new fun game moods.
You can prestige all the way to 20 if your that hardcore.
Hit detection is way better then Black Ops remember those issues with BO.
Call of Duty Elite keeps the game fresh.
Grenades are weaker a and also rocket launchers.
The Perks are balanced well in my opinion.
Multiplayer Cons-
Some maps are just to big and not fun at all.
Quick scooping is just over rated and unreal, I think this is what Black Ops got right in their game they had the snipping just right.
Modern Warfare 3 realize to much on killstreaks and not enough gun on gun fighting.
Some weapons from MW2 are missing like the Tar 21!!!
There are some over powered weapons like the Striker shotgun,Type 95,ACR,FMG9 akimbo.
DEATHSTREAKS!!! need I say more!!!! Just unbelievable Infinity Ward!
Compensation lag system is broken.
Match making system really sucks at time.
Lots of server disconnects or sometimes you cant connect to the MW3 servers.
Special Ops-
I am not really a big fan of it but it doesn't mean I hate it, Its like Zombies either you love it or you just do not care for it. But What I have seen and played its okay.
Final thought-
The game is solid and its a great addition to the series but this formula is getting old fast, I just hope in the future we can get the WOW!!! OMG!!! factor like Call of Duty 4 MW did. But It is a must buy for COD and first person shooters fans.
