Would have been better if I wasn't looking forward to it all this time

All 3 new maps seem like they were just randomly thrown together. There's no 'character' to any of the new maps.. no landmarks, no nothin! The old maps are still the old maps.. which is actually a good thing. I do however, wish they would have changed them up slightly.. but sometimes it's good to not try to fix what isn't broken. Limited mode options (no free for all or teams 'yet') was a big disappointment for me. I was really looking forward to this DLC but the limitations had me ready to turn my PS3 off in about 30 minutes. Worth a buy? sure! overpriced? yep! - so I can't say "don't get it" because if you love this game, then it's not a waste of money. They will have no reservations charging another $15 (at least) next time around if people keep paying this price however. So it's on you, it's not terrible, but not worth $15 to me (might be for you though).. I'm gonna go back to playing the GTA4 DLC for bit until these maps are thrown into regular rotation.
