Well welcome back for another adventure with the bratz girls. The bratz girls are these 4 tweeny girls who stick together and have really unique personalities. Basically they are a band(among other things) and the goal of the game is to do odd jobs and make a wardrobe, learn music, learn dance, promote yourselves and put on shows.

I OCCASIONALLY like to play these games because I like the creative aspect. In this specific game its pretty limited, You can choose haircuts, make-up, or create your own clothing and make posters.

Learning to play music or dance boils down to the same stupid rythym mini-game. The buttons change but its the only stupid mini-game you will be playing. And you have to freaking do it over and over and over again. First you have to learn parts of a dance or song. For each song or dance there are three parts and then the final once through of the dance or song. So each dance/song will have you doing the stupid mini-game atleast 4 times.

You get to do other crap like making your pet find stuff for people, or take pictures, or run around Camp Starshine investigating different things for different people.

I might have been able to play through this game but there are qa couple of flaws. First and foremost are the controls and the graphics. Walking around and trying to manuever is painful. I dont often complain about camera angles and stuff in video games but when they dont stay behind you and just swing around and turn on their own and crap its nausiating.

The in game graphics arent to bad but the cutscenes are downright hideous. The cutscenes should be extremely well done since they put this crap on tv but geez.

Another problem is the music tracks. Sound Effects and music tracks are terribly glitchy in this game. I've had two songs playing at once, I've had music tracks start/stop/skip while dancing and playing instruments. The sound effects are kinda of out of sync with the game here and there.

My biggest problem though are the goals. The game is clearly divided into chapters or whatever. Instead of having a list of goals to complete before moving on to the next chapter you just have to rely on voice-overs and text messages which getting sent to you like every 5 seconds. Eventually you have to play as specific girls to do specific goals but I wish that had started at the beginning.

The game is alright its just super extremely low quality, glitchy sound, bad controls, boring games, low quality creative elements. I think Rock Angelz has been the most fun bratz game. This one is probably second.

Is owning a game like this even a possability?? Maybe if you have a tween girl obsessed with them. Otherwise I would stick to just renting it for a couple of days until you get sick of it.

I wish disney would pump some more money into these games and boost the quality. They could be extremely fun. I feel so sorry for THQ and how far they have fallen, selling their souls to disney and pumping out non-stop crap games.
